The defense had appealed for relief from arrest till the decision on the main petition, but the prosecution sought time to file its reply. After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court on Tuesday refused to grant interim relief and directed the prosecution to file its reply by April 27.

In this case, a case has been registered against Danish Sheikh under section 75 (sexual harassment), section 299 (acts intended to hurt religious sentiments) and other sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS).
It is being told that a Special Investigation Team (SIT) is investigating a total of nine cases in this entire matter. in these cases tcs Serious allegations like alleged exploitation of women employees, attempted forced religious conversion, molestation, hurting religious sentiments and mental harassment are included in the Nashik unit of the company.
Eight employees arrested so far
So far, eight employees have been arrested in this case, including a female HR manager. Other accused have also filed bail petitions, which will be heard in the coming days.
At the same time, TCS has given clarification on this entire matter and said that the company has been adopting ‘zero tolerance’ policy against any kind of harassment and pressure for a long time. Nashik The employees involved in the allegations in the office have been currently suspended.
