While sharing an incident related to the film ‘Baazigar’, Shilpa Shetty says – Even today people talk about the scene in which I am smiling while falling. There was no VFX at that time. We shot that scene many times. Even today, if you look carefully, the string used in it is visible. But learned from him that films are not made just for money, they should have soul. Same thing happened in ‘Baazigar’.

Producers dropped out of the film

After the success of ‘Baazigar’, Shilpa Shetty was a part of films like ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’, ‘Chhote Sarkar’, ‘Aao Pyar Karein’, ‘Hathkadi’, ‘Auzaar’ and ‘Pardesi Babu’ and became popular among the audience.

The journey to success does not last forever. There came a time in Shilpa’s career when she stopped getting work in films. Many times he was selected for the film, but later the producers dropped him. Constant disappointments troubled him, but he did not give up.

Every experience has taught me something new and strengthened my thinking.

Along with films, Shilpa also made her place in the world of TV. He gained international recognition by participating in the British reality show ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
