Elderly dead, 7 in hospital after consuming wild vegetable in Rajouri

The incident took place at Mohra village in Kotranka sub-division, about 40 km from Rajouri city, officials said on Saturday. Mohammad Hossain died while undergoing treatment. Those who fell ill include Mohammad Imran (8) and Ratish Ali (6). They were admitted to Kandi Community Health Center and later shifted to Rajouri Government Medical College and Hospital.“Primarily it is a case of food poisoning,” officials said, adding that the exact cause was being investigated.
