Yash Raj Films’ casting director Shanu Sharma got married in an intimate function on Saturday. She shared wedding photos on social media on Saturday, but did not make her husband’s face and name public. As soon as the post came out, many stars from Parineeti Chopra to Ranveer Singh congratulated him. Sharing the wedding photos on Instagram, Shanu Sharma wrote, “By the grace of God, I have found the best partner to walk with on this earth. With the blessings of my parents and the love of my loved ones, we made our relationship official this morning. The wedding will be celebrated soon…marriage consummated.” As soon as the post was shared, many stars from the film industry wished him well. Parineeti Chopra wrote, “Congratulations my girl – the biggest news!” Kriti Sanon commented, “Wow! Congratulations.” Ranveer Singh expressed his happiness by sharing heart emojis. Apart from this, many celebs including Kriti Sanon, Rashmika Mandanna, Bhumi Pednekar, Ananya Pandey, Sonam Kapoor, and Sharvari also congratulated him. Shanu Sharma started her career from theater and creative field in Mumbai. Later he entered the world of casting. Aditya Chopra brought him to Yash Raj Films. His biggest recognition came when he cast the then relatively new actor Ranveer Singh in the film Band Baaja Baaraat. Apart from this, he had cast many actors like Anushka Sharma, Bhumi Pednekar, Ahan Pandey and Aneet Padda. Shanu Sharma is also the niece of veteran filmmaker and actor Ramesh Sharma, best known for the film Hum. Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth and Govinda were seen in this film.
