Former ‘Bigg Boss Kannada’ contestant and actress Divya Suresh shared the incident of alleged molestation that happened to her late night in Bengaluru. She posted on social media that the incident happened around 11:30 pm on Sunday night, when she was going towards the car with her cousin. Divya wrote in her Instagram story that an unknown person started following her and doing obscene acts in front of her. She told that she and her cousin immediately stopped him, but he did not stop and kept following them till they sat in the car. Divya said that no woman should face such harassment just for walking on the road at night. Tagging Bengaluru Police in his post, he asked, “Where is the security that we are repeatedly assured of?” Divya also recorded a video of the incident, which she shared on Instagram Story. In the video, his cousin points towards the man and says, “Look at his hand movements.” Meanwhile, Divya says that as soon as she sat in the car, the man kept following her. His cousin is also heard in the video asking him to call the police. Who is Divya Suresh? 33 year old Divya Suresh has been seen in the TV show ‘Bigg Boss Kannada 8’. The show aired in 2021 and was hosted by Kiccha Sudeep. She has also worked in Kannada TV serials like ‘Nanna Hendthi MBBS’ and ‘Jodi Hakki’. Divya has also won the title of Miss India South in 2017. She said that she did not stop at the spot in a hurry to catch the flight. In this case, RT Nagar Traffic Police had started the legal process by registering an FIR.
