ईरान ने होर्मुज में दागे ड्रोन, बदले में अमेरिका ने तेहरान की रडार साइट्स पर बोल दिया हमला – America Iran radar sites Tehran launches drones Hormuz NTC vhrw
The peace agreement between America and Iran is on hold. Meanwhile, America and Iran are face to face again in the Strait of Hormuz. Both the countries are making their own claims regarding the latest conflict.
Iran’s semi-official Mehr News Agency reported on Saturday that Iran fired several bullets as a ‘warning’ near Hormuz. The agency claims that this was done in response to some activity seen in the deployment of American naval ships. Iran further said that the target of Iranian firing was in the sea, a short distance from Larak Island. Which is a small island off the coast of the strategic Iranian port city of ‘Bandar Abbas’.
On the other hand, an American official claimed that Iran had fired several drones towards the Strait of Hormuz, which were destroyed.
The US Central Command said, ‘The US military today attacked ‘coastal surveillance radar sites’ in Iran after shooting down four Iranian attack drones.
It was further said, ‘The attacking drones had posed a threat to regional maritime traffic. US forces attacked Iranian coastal surveillance radar sites located on Goruk and Qeshm Islands to prevent further attacks. Let us tell you that Qeshm Island is located near Bandar Abbas and Lareck.
The US military further said that it will continue to respond to Iranian aggression in self-defense. At the same time, Iranian media termed the claim of attack in Bandar Abbas as baseless.
Trump said- Iran has only 21-22% missiles left
Shortly before this latest development, US President Donald Trump had given a TV interview. In this he had claimed that Iran now has only 21-22 percent missiles left.
Let us tell you that there was talk of extending the ceasefire between the two countries. But such attacks have made the situation more tense. Earlier this week, an Iranian drone caused massive damage to a passenger terminal at Kuwait’s main airport, killing one person, injuring dozens and forcing the airport to be briefly closed.
Despite the attacks raising new concerns about the ceasefire breaking down, Trump reiterated that he is confident that his administration is moving towards a successful end to the conflict. Trump told reporters, ‘We will win one way or another.’
On the other hand, the situation between Israel and Lebanon is also tense. The Trump administration had claimed that a ceasefire agreement had been reached between the Lebanese government and Israel, but the Iran-backed Hezbollah terrorist group has rejected the agreement and both sides have launched new attacks.
The ongoing fighting in Lebanon, where Israeli forces have captured large parts of the south, also poses a threat to Iran’s efforts to end the war and reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Iran has placed a condition that the ceasefire will be valid only when Israeli attacks on Lebanon also stop.
