New Delhi: A Pakistani terrorist was killed in a joint operation by the Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police in Butcher area of Uri sector, officials told news agency ANI on Sunday.According to the Army, the operation was launched on the intervening night of March 14-15 following specific intelligence information from the J&K Police about possible infiltration attempts in the area.“Acting on a specific intelligence provided by the J&K Police regarding infiltration attempts, a joint operation was launched in Buchar, Uri sector on the intervening night of 14-15 March 26,” the Army said in a statement.
