According to Aaj Tak’s exclusive information, an important reason related to the rules of the trust has come to light behind the resignations of Champat Rai and Anil Mishra in the Ram Mandir donation theft case. There is a provision in the rules of the trust that if any officer or trustee is found guilty of any malpractice or irregularity, he can be removed from the post.
Signatures of all three will be required for any transaction.
According to sources, seeing the possibility of being removed from the post, both of them resigned before the action was taken. According to the rules of the trust, a two-thirds majority is required to remove an officer or trustee. Trust treasurer Govind Giri had publicly said that Champat Rai and Anil Mishra resigned from their posts on moral grounds.

Here, two associates of Acting General Secretary Krishna Mohan have been appointed in Ayodhya. Now Ram Mandir Krishna Mohan, Jagdish and Chandan Rai will jointly operate the bank accounts. Signatures of all three will be mandatory for any transaction related to the bank.
Now 27 security personnel will be present at the counting site
Till now the responsibility of banking system was with Anil Mishra and only his signature was valid. Only digital signatures of Govind Giri were used. Now a total of 43 people will be present at the donation counting site. To further strengthen the security system, 13 additional CCTV cameras have been installed. Additional cameras have been installed even in places where there were no cameras earlier. The duty of 27 security personnel has been deployed to bring the money from the donation box to the counting venue.
Separate deployment of police force will be done near various pillars between the donation box and the counting site. Three additional policemen will be deployed near pillar number 34. A secret donation box has been kept near pillar number 34, hence special security arrangements have been made there.
