Actually, Arjun Singh says that this decision is not against any community, but for the convenience of the general public and to maintain law and order. He said that very strict instructions have been issued by the Chief Minister in many administrative matters. The purpose of these instructions is to bring discipline in the state. He also clarified that often due to Namaz being held on the roads, pedestrians have to face a lot of trouble and the traffic system gets disrupted, which will not be tolerated anymore.
