On the last hearing, there was a heated debate between the two parties on this issue, after which the court reserved its decision and the same decision was pronounced on Saturday.
Now the court has made it clear that there is no need to investigate the voice sample and has rejected this demand. Along with this, the court has decided to carry forward the old process. Now on May 11, Rahul Gandhi will have to present his surety bond and the final arguments in the case will also take place on the same day. However, the complaining party does not seem satisfied with this decision. His lawyer Santosh Pandey has indicated that he will challenge this order of the court and will file a ‘revision’ application in the sessions court.
