राहुल गांधी को मानहानि केस में राहत, ‘वॉयस सैंपल’ की जांच कराने की याचिका खारिज – Rahul Gandhi defamation case sultanpur court rejects voice sample plea ntc dhrj

Rahul Gandhi has got a big relief in the defamation case going on in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The MP-MLA court has rejected the demand to get their voice samples tested. This means that now in this case his voice sample will not be examined. The court has given this decision after hearing the petition of the complainant, which the court rejected considering it baseless.

Actually, this matter is related to the comment which Rahul Gandhi Had done this in the year 2018 regarding Home Minister Amit Shah. Angered by this comment, BJP leader Vijay Mishra, resident of Hanumanganj, Sultanpur, had filed a defamation case against him. Since then this case is going on in the MP-MLA court and now it has reached its important stage.

Now the final arguments will be held on May 11, the case is at a turning point

In this case, the court had already asked Rahul Gandhi to fill his bail bond and be ready for the final arguments. But meanwhile the complaining party put forward a new demand. He applied that Rahul Gandhi’s voice sample be sent to the forensic lab, so that the truth of his alleged statement could be known. On the last hearing, there was a heated debate between the two parties on this issue, after which the court reserved its decision and the same decision was pronounced on Saturday.

Now the court has made it clear that there is no need to investigate the voice sample and has rejected this demand. Along with this, the court has decided to carry forward the old process. Now on May 11, Rahul Gandhi will have to present his surety bond and the final arguments in the case will also take place on the same day. One thing is clear from this stand of the court that now this whole matter has reached its final stages.

However, the complaining party does not seem satisfied with this decision. His lawyer Santosh Pandey has indicated that he will challenge this order of the court and will file a ‘revision’ application in the sessions court. That is, despite getting relief, Rahul Gandhi’s legal problems are not completely over yet and this fight may continue further.

For now, Rahul Gandhi has news of relief, because a big legal hassle like voice sample test has now been removed from this case. Now the final debate will be held on May 11, which will decide the further direction of the case.
