An FIR has been registered against Congress State President Ajay Rai for his alleged indecent remarks against PM Modi in Mahoba district of Uttar Pradesh. This case has been registered in Mahoba police station.
This case has been registered in the city police station on the complaint of BJP District Working Committee member Neeraj Rawat. A case has also been registered against Congress state president Ajay Rai, outgoing state secretary Brajraj Singh and 30 unknown supporters.
A case has been registered under sections 126(2), 352, 196(1), 189(2) and 132 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). Ajay Rai is also accused of organizing a program without administrative permission and blocking the road during the meeting with the NEET student.
There was huge anger among BJP workers after the video of alleged indecent remarks and abuses against PM Modi went viral on social media.
