Uttar Pradesh News: Head constable Jai Bhagwan, posted at the interchange point of Ganga Expressway in Sambhal district, was found missing from his duty on Tuesday afternoon. When traffic police in-charge Dushyant Baliyan arrived for a surprise inspection, the constable posted near Lahrawan village was not present there. Immediately after this, the in-charge wrote a report about the constable’s absence. The constable claims that he had gone to the nearby petrol pump to relieve himself due to stomach upset. When she made this plea, the in-charge allegedly made a controversial comment saying that he had not taken her ‘potty contract’. This controversy has now become a big issue after the video went viral on social media.
Constable made serious allegations of illegal extortion
After this controversy, head constable Jai Bhagwan has retaliated against traffic police in-charge Dushyant Baliyan and made serious allegations. In the viral video, the constable claims that the in-charge operates the trucks illegally.
According to the constable, during the Kanwar Yatra he had stopped a dumper loaded with soil and the in-charge has a grudge against him because he challans the trucks. The constable said that because of this irritation, when he went for minor humanitarian needs, he was reported and derogatory words were used.
SP made both policemen line up
Seeing the matter increasing and after the video went viral on social media be careful Superintendent of Police (SP) Krishna Kumar Bishnoi has taken strict action. SP has put both head constable Jai Bhagwan and traffic police in-charge Dushyant Baliyan in line with immediate effect. The SP said that cognizance has been taken of the constable being found absent and the allegations made by him. Departmental orders have also been issued to investigate this entire episode in depth so that the truth can come out.
