The news of kidnapping of a youth in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh created a stir in the police department, when a complaint was received from Ghungchai police station area about a youth being kidnapped by boys riding a Thar. As soon as the information was received, the police came into active mode and with the help of surveillance, within just three hours, the youth was safely recovered from Shahjahanpur and two accused were arrested.
