ट्विशा शर्मा मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लिया स्वत: संज्ञान, CJI की अगुवाई में सोमवार को सुनवाई – supreme court suo motu cognisance twisha sharma case hearing on may 25 lclcn
The Supreme Court has taken suo motu cognizance of the Twisha Sharma case. This matter will be heard on Monday. Taking the matter seriously, the Supreme Court has fixed the date of hearing. This case will be heard by a bench headed by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant. Justice Joymalya Bagchi and Justice Vipul M Pancholi will also be included in the bench.
Hearing will be held on 25th May
The designated bench of the Supreme Court will hear this matter on May 25. At present, the court is keeping an eye on the further legal process after taking suo motu cognizance of the case.
