Exactly 10 days later, Siya was standing on top of this fort from where she, along with Chetan, had pushed Ketan on June 18. Today, 10 days after Ketan’s death, Sia had to push Ketan into the ditch from the same place. The police and forensic team were standing with Sia on the top of the mountain. Another team of police and forensics was standing in the ditch below.

After everything was settled above and after Sia’s signal, the policemen asked Sia to push Ketan. Just like he had pushed Ketan on the morning of 18th June. With the same strength and same force. The police and forensic teams were fully prepared on the top of the mountain and in the ditch below. Here, there is a signal, on the other hand, Siya pushes Ketan down from the top.

From where Ketan was pushed. Actually, this was a recreation. You can also call this a dummy trial. More than the police, the forensic team wanted to investigate and determine whether Ketan died due to slipping or being pushed.

Because there is a slight difference in the death caused by both these methods. If someone slips and falls down from the peak, his body does not fall far into the ditch below but falls close to the hill. But if someone is pushed from a hill, then due to the force of the push, the person falling will fall at some distance from the foot of the mountain. The place where Ketan’s body was found in the ditch. The dummy trial was being conducted only to measure that distance from the base of the hill.

Before this dummy trial or recreation, Sia was interrogated for a long time as to in which position and with how much force she had pushed Ketan. After Sia’s statement, the forensic team made a mannequin of Ketan’s height and weight. The team reached the hill on the morning of 28th June with the same effigy. On June 18, which way did Siya and Ketan go, where did they stay and then which was the last place from where Ketan was pushed? Siya herself had reached the top telling all these things and all the routes to the police.

Then, on his instructions, that effigy was erected at the same place and with the same force as per her own, in a way, Ketan was thrown into the ditch in the form of an effigy within 10 days.

However, till now the police has not revealed on record whether Siya or Chetan pushed Ketan on June 18. Or both together. But through this dummy trial, the police themselves answered the question that it was actually Siya who pushed Ketan. Because if this was not the case then Chetan and not Sia would have been taking part in the dummy trial. A few days ago, Chetan’s father had also said that when he had gone to the police station to meet Chetan, Chetan had told him that it was Sia who had pushed Ketan and not him.

The media was barred from visiting the fort during recreation. Therefore, the entire media was waiting for Siya and the police at the entry gate of the fort. As soon as Siya came down, a reporter’s voice echoed loudly, Siya, why did you kill Ketan? However, Sia did not answer these questions of the media. He did not tell why he killed Ketan. But during interrogation in police custody, Siya definitely answered the Pune Police as to why she had killed Ketan?

According to Pune Police sources, Siya started feeling worried since her engagement in February. But after the engagement, as soon as their families fixed the marriage of Siya and Ketan on 25th November, she became more nervous. Chetan and Siya talked about this at length many times. Chetan also told Sia to clearly tell her family that she should not marry Ketan. But Siya could not muster the courage to talk to her family about breaking the relationship. She felt that if she refused the marriage, her parents and brother would be heartbroken. Then there will be defamation in the community also.

According to police sources, when Siya clearly refused to talk about this with the family, Chetan told her for the first time that both of them should run away somewhere. Then we will run away and get married. Then Siya had replied to Chetan that it would be easier for her to kill Ketan and remove him from the path than running away. It was Siya who told Chetan that if anything happens to Ketan, this marriage will automatically break. Then she can easily marry Chetan. Actually, Sia needed three years time to marry Chetan. And just to buy this three years of time, he killed Ketan.

Siya had decided to kill Ketan but she could not understand how to kill him. Initially Chetan was against killing Ketan. He wanted to run away and get married. But then he also got involved in this conspiracy with Sia. To kill Ketan, both of them first searched the methods of death in Google. Many methods were found but both wanted a method which would not raise any suspicion. Watch the game of fate. Meanwhile, on May 31, Ketan, who is fond of trekking, takes Siya with him to Lohgarh Fort for the first time. After coming here, Siya had got the idea for the first time on 31st May. Idea on how to kill Ketan. She had decided that very day that she would push Ketan into the ditch from above. After this, she again went to Lohgarh Fort with Chetan in the first week of June. There both of them visited the entire fort. Did recce of the place. Looked at the CCTV cameras and then finalized the spot from where Ketan was to be pushed.

During police interrogation, it was also revealed that Siya and Chetan had not only done recce of the fort, searched the methods of death on Google but had also rehearsed the questions and answers which the police would ask them if they were caught and to which they had to answer. These people had memorized every question and answer carefully. Not only this, both of them had also decided that after June 16, they would neither call nor message each other. Both of them had even deleted all the chats and photos from their respective mobiles. Then those deleted items were also deleted from the recycle bin.

On June 18, the day when Ketan was pushed, Siya and Ketan were together but Chetan left home for Lohgarh Fort on his scooter. Since Chetan and Siya had done recce of the fort, they already knew that CCTV cameras were installed at three places in Lohgarh Fort. First at this entry gate of the fort. The second one is right between the fort and the selfie point, at a place where people usually stop to rest during the climb. Whereas the third camera is installed at the place where the stairs of the fort end and the selfie point starts.

Since Chetan knew the location of each camera, he knew that the first camera was at the entry point. His face will be captured in the camera. That is why on the morning of June 18, Chetan wore a hoodie to hide his face. This picture of Chetan is captured in the CCTV camera of the same entry gate. In which the pittu bag can also be seen on Chetan’s back. Just before the place where Ketan was pushed, Chetan had taken off his hoodie and taken out a t-shirt from the bag and worn it.

After pushing Ketan, Chetan returns some distance and takes off his T-shirt again and wears a hoodie. He did all this according to the plan. The plan was that if any eyewitness accidentally saw him and Siya, he would be seen wearing a T-shirt. Whereas he was captured in a hoodie at the entry point of the fort. This proves that the appearance and clothes of the person who pushed Ketan upstairs were different. Whereas Chetan was in hoodie.

To understand Sia’s entire conspiracy, Pune Police had separately called Sia’s brother Sahil Goyal and then her parents for questioning. Sia’s brother Sahil was the first to be called by the police for questioning. Actually, on June 6, Ketan and Sia were going to Bali for the pre-wedding shoot. Everyone had gone to Mumbai in a cab from Pune to catch a flight to Bali in Indonesia. Because the flight was from Mumbai International Airport only.

But Siya did not want to go to Bali. Because he had to kill Ketan. So, as a part of the conspiracy, she took out Ketan’s passport from his bag at a restaurant on the way, tore it and flushed it in the washroom. Since Sahil was also with Sia at that time, the police also asked questions to Sahil regarding the passport. What did the police ask Sahil about Siya, however Sahil did not tell anything about it.

On the other hand, Siya’s seven-day police custody ended on Monday. There was a question in everyone’s mind whether Sia’s parents or brother would act as a lawyer for Sia. Because Siya’s parents had said that if their daughter was guilty then she should be hanged or she should be killed by pushing her from the same fort. But on June 29, when Sia and Chetan’s police custody period was about to end and they were being cross-examined in the court, it came to light for the first time that Sia’s family had been looking for a lawyer for her for the last four days.

However, what happened was that a lawyer, whom the family did not even hire to represent Siya’s case, himself reached the court to fight Siya’s case. Whereas Siya’s brother has hired some other lawyer to defend the case. Then after appearing in the court on Monday, the court sent Siya and Chetan to police custody for 4 more days.

The police’s argument was that Sia had to be taken to the place between Pune and Mumbai, where she had torn Ketan’s passport and flushed it in the washroom just before leaving for Bali. Apart from this, after Sia, the police will also take Chetan with them to Lohgarh Fort. Meanwhile, a strange truth has also come to light. Before finalizing the relationship between Siya and Ketan, both the families had shown their horoscopes to their respective Pandits.

The horoscopes of Siya and Ketan matched very well. After this both of them got engaged. That means now at least no one can call it the fault of the horoscope. Shouldn’t even be said. Because the fault was not of horoscope but of bloody love. Two people are guilty of this – Siya and Chetan.
