गोरखपुर का नाम गिनीज वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड्स में हुआ दर्ज, AI अवेयरनेस प्रोग्राम में किया – Gorakhpur Sets Guinness World Record with AI Awareness Campaign lclnt
Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh has registered its name in the Guinness World Records by achieving great achievement in Artificial Intelligence (AI) awareness campaign. According to the official statement of the state government, more than 7,64,187 online registrations were registered in this campaign within a week. ‘AI for All Awareness Programme’, started under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, easily crossed its initial target of 5 lakh registrations. This target was achieved well before the deadline of 9 April.
Maharana Pratap Institute of Technology (MPIT), gorakhpur has launched this free awareness program in collaboration with TCS Foundation and Mahayogi Gorakhnath University. This program focuses on increasing awareness of AI and cyber security among the youth. In this, a two-hour basic certification course and a 21-hour advanced certification course are being provided free of cost.
Guinness World Record Certificate presented by Guinness representative Rishi Nath to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath And Tata Sons Chairperson N. Chandrasekaran was handed over. The ceremony was held on Wednesday during the inauguration of Eastern Uttar Pradesh’s first Center of Excellence at MPIT.
Many prominent institutions including Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, Mahayogi Gorakhnath University and Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath State AYUSH University participated in the program.
The government statement said that it was recognized as a world record only after strict scrutiny and verification of the registration process. The ‘AI for All’ program is completely free and covers important topics like Introduction to AI, Generative AI Tools, Prompting and Productivity, Responsible AI Use, Cyber Hygiene, Fraud Prevention, Password and OTP Security. This initiative is being considered a big step to increase digital literacy of the youth and prepare them for future technological challenges.
