Describing it as Kalyug, she said that she will not step down until justice is provided. After this the police also detained him for some time. According to the family members, during this meeting, SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav consoled the victim’s mother and gave full assurance of getting justice. Along with this, Akhilesh Yadav also handed over a check of financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh to the mother of the deceased.
There is huge anger in Kashyap community after the murder
Monu Kashyap was brutally murdered with a sharp weapon in Jasala forest of Shamli. There is a lot of anger among the people of Kashyap community after this heinous incident. In protest against the incident, people had blocked the Delhi-Saharanpur highway and demanded immediate arrest of the accused. Now Kashyap community says that a case has been registered against the MPs who are trying to get them justice, which is completely wrong.
The victim’s mother is still waiting for justice
Vimlesh Devi, mother of deceased Monu, has raised serious questions on the action of the police administration. He said that cases are being registered only against those who demand justice. Vimlesh Devi alleges that till now no effective action has been taken against her son’s murderers nor have the correct sections been imposed in the case.
