Sukesh was arrested in October 2019 in a ₹200 crore money laundering and extortion case.

Amidst the application of actress Jacqueline Fernandes to become an approver in the money laundering case of Rs 200 crore, accused Sukesh Chandrashekhar has again written a letter to her from jail.

In this letter written on April 21, Sukesh called Jacqueline Baby Bomma and my Jackie. In the letter he wrote that everything is fair in love and war and he will always stand by them, no matter what happens.

Sukesh also said in his message that you are mine and I will always be yours. He also wrote to Jacqueline that he misses her a lot and this relationship means the most to him. At the end of the letter he wrote JFS Forever and described himself as a baby boy.

He has been writing letters on almost every special occasion like Holi, Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day and Birthday.

Recently, Jacqueline Fernandes has applied in Delhi court to become an approver in the money laundering case. On this, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sought time to file its reply. Now the next hearing of this case will be held on May 8 in the court of Special Judge Prashant Sharma.

Jacqueline has been interrogated several times in this case. ED has made him an accused in the supplementary charge sheet. His previous petition to quash the case was rejected in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court.

What are the allegations against Sukesh?

Let us tell you that Sukesh is accused of defrauding Aditi Singh, wife of former Ranbaxy promoter Shivinder Singh, of about Rs 200 crore. ED investigation had revealed that Sukesh had given expensive gifts worth crores of rupees to Jacqueline with the fraud money. This included luxury bags, diamond jewellery, expensive horses and cats. For this reason, ED had also made Jacqueline an accused in this money laundering case.

Sukesh is currently lodged in Delhi’s Mandoli jail (he was transferred here from Tihar in November 2023).
