During interrogation, both the accused also revealed the names of many other youths. ATS is now investigating those names and their connections. The agency is trying to find out how big this network was and who were the people involved in it.
The investigating agency claims that both the accused were in contact with Pakistani handlers for the last five months. According to ATS, both were doing recce of sensitive and security related areas. The investigation has also revealed references to defense establishments and other important locations. ATS also says that both the accused were planning to murder the uniformed men. For this reason the matter is being considered very serious. At present, the agency is continuously interrogating both of them and further action is being taken based on the inputs received from them.
Now the investigation of ATS depends on who else were involved in this entire network. It is also being seen from where the accused were getting online training and other help.
