Ranveer Singh’s Operation Dhurandhar Releases in Japan July 10

Ranveer Singh’s film Dhurandhar will be released in Japan on July 10, 2026. In Japan this film will be released as ‘Operation Dhurandhar’. Before Dhurandhar, Ranveer Singh’s Gully Boy, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela and Padmavat films have been released in Japan.
The makers have also released a Japanese poster of the film.
The highest-grossing Indian film in Japan is RRR, which collected approximately ₹143.69 crore (¥2.42 billion). At the same time, Rajinikanth starrer film Muthu is at second place, which earned around Rs 24.04 crore (¥ 405 million). Apart from this, Baahubali 2 and 3 Idiots also earned well here.
Dhurandhar earned Rs 1,307 crore
Dhurandhar was released globally on 5 December 2025. The film stars Ranveer Singh along with Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal and Sara Arjun are seen. This film is written by Aditya Dhar.
According to Sacknilk, Dhurandhar performed well at the Indian and international box office and earned around Rs 1,307 crore worldwide.
The gross collection of the film in India was Rs 1,005.85 crore, while the net collection was approximately Rs 840 crore. The film received tremendous response in foreign markets also. It earned around Rs 299.5 crore in overseas. It also broke the record of Bahubali 2 by earning more than Rs 193.06 crore in America and Canada.
Ranveer Singh has played the role of an Indian spy in the Dhurandhar franchise. Whereas both the parts have been directed by Aditya Dhar.
Whereas, the second part of ‘Dhurandhar’ was released globally in theaters on 19 March 2026. The total worldwide earning of the film so far has been Rs 1,780.76 crore. The total net collection of the film in India has reached Rs 1,132.94 crore and the total gross collection has reached Rs 1,356.01 crore. The film has so far earned Rs 424.75 crore from international markets.
