New biopic: Celina will return to the big screen after 15 years, will play the role of ‘Sister Nivedita’

Celina Jaitley is going to make a comeback on the big screen after almost 15 years. She will play the role of Sister Nivedita (Margaret Noble) in director Ram Kamal Mukherjee’s next biopic. In one of her interviews, Celina said that this film is one of the most special experiences of her career. He told that working with Ram Kamal Mukherjee was a different experience for him and playing this character is not just acting but a responsibility for him. Celina says…’Sister Nivedita impresses me the most because she was not born in India, yet she dedicated her life to the service of India, its culture, spiritual ideology and people.’ Who is Sister Nivedita Sister Nivedita was an Irish disciple of Swami Vivekananda, who dedicated her life to India’s education, social service and national awakening. Her contribution in women’s education and propagation of Indian culture is still considered a source of inspiration.
