Arshad Warsi said – Working with good people is important: Some films are done by choice, some have to be done due to compulsion of life.

Arshad Warsi, who is playing an interesting character in ‘Pritam and Pedro’, in a conversation with Dainik Bhaskar, talked about his work perspective and career with the series. Question: When you read the script of ‘Pritam and Pedro’, what was it that immediately prepared you for this project? Answer: First of all its topic seemed important to me. Cyber ​​crime is a big issue today and there is a need to be more aware about it. But this was not the only reason. I like Raju’s (Rajkumar Hirani) style of storytelling. His characters are human. The character of ‘Pedro’ was very lovable, full of humour, happiness and emotions. This story seems simple on the outside, but there are many layers inside and that’s what I liked the most. Question: What do you like most about working with Rajkumar Hirani? Answer: There are two things. First professional and second personal. Professionally, he has a great understanding of the script and makes every scene better. One gets to learn a lot while working with him. Personally, it is fun working with him. There is a good atmosphere of conversation and laughter on the set. People consider him serious, but he has a good sense of humor. Question: Any moment during the shooting which you will always remember? Answer: This time I made Raju do such work which he would never have done before. I have an open pickup truck. We both sat back and went to visit Goa, as if it was fun during our college days. We did teenage activities in Goa. That experience was very fun and I will still remember it. Question: Did you ever feel that your career was not going as per your expectations? Answer: Such a time comes in every person’s life. Some work is done from the heart and some has to be done due to responsibilities. But with time I learned that it is more important for me to work with good people. If the environment is good then the work experience is better. I like to work with people where there is no unnecessary stress. Question: As an actor, how involved are you in any project? Answer: According to me, acting is not just speaking dialogues. If you have any idea or thought to improve the scene, you should share it with the team. I think the more participation there is, the better work will be done. Question: If you had to describe ‘Pritam and Pedro’ in one line, what would you say? Answer: This is the story of two people who are going through difficult situations. A bond forms between them and they change each other’s lives.
