He said that there is no dearth of talent and skill in the country, there is a need to give right opportunities.

Regarding AI Summit, Jitin Prasad said that such events help in deciding the direction of the country. Here people from all over the world are working through AI and sharing their experiences. This provides an opportunity to understand what new is happening in AI at the global level. He said that the focus of the Summit is on transparent, safe and inclusive AI.

On the question of jobs, the minister said that this concern is natural. whenever new Technology When it comes, initially there is a fear that there will be less jobs. But history shows that technology also creates new opportunities. He claimed that AI will not reduce jobs, but will increase employment in new sectors.

Regarding regulation, he clearly said that India will not over-regulate. There are strict laws in some countries, but India wants to give more opportunities to its youth. If too strict rules are made then innovation may stop. However, he also said that if the public is adversely affected then the government will definitely take action.

The minister also said that the government is working on providing GPUs to students and startups at cheap prices. The aim is that young talent should not be left behind in AI development.

On the recent report regarding Gen Z and Millennials, he said that it is necessary to include AI in education, but with balance. If children become dependent on AI for every task then their thinking ability may be affected. He also asked parents to allow their children to use AI, but not so much that their own thinking becomes weak.

On AI Domination, Jitin Prasad said that the global leaders and tech companies who have come to the India Today AI Summit have not just come to visit. She has come here to explore possibilities and work with India. He believes that India can become an AI service provider for the world in the coming times.
