Mumbai Police has recorded the statements of the managers of Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and filmmaker Rohit Shetty. Apart from this, the Crime Branch has separately recreated the events related to the firing at Rohit Shetty’s house. This also includes bringing a scooter from Pune to Mumbai. According to India Today report, this recreation was done with four accused present in police custody – Swapnil Sakat, Aditya Gayaki, Siddharth Yenpure and Samarth Pomaji. The investigation team re-examined every step of the journey described by him, so that important information and evidence could be collected. What happened in the crime scene recreation? During the recreation, the police officers accompanied the accused from the place of purchase of the scooter in Pune to the stops on the way and outside the Vile Parle station in Mumbai. According to the Crime Branch, after the scooter was delivered to Mumbai, the main accused Shubham Lonkar gave an additional Rs 11,000 to the accused. Earlier the police had said that Rs 40,000 would be found. Subsequent investigation revealed that a total of Rs 51,000 was given. Of this, Rs 30,000 was spent in purchasing the scooter, while Rs 21,000 was spent by the accused. According to sources, Praveen Lonkar, the sixth accused in this case, can be detained from jail in the next two-three days. Even two weeks after the incident, the shooter and one of his associates are absconding. The police is busy searching for them. There was firing on Rohit Shetty’s building. According to the police, the attackers opened fire on the first floor of a nine-storey building located in Juhu area of Mumbai at around 12:45 am. He had said that at least five rounds of bullets were fired, one of which hit the glass of the gym in the building. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh and filmmaker Rohit Shetty received a threat through an audio clip on Friday. Police said the sender identified himself as “Harry Boxer,” a member of the Lawrence gang. Ranveer Singh received threat for the second time in a week. According to news agency PTI, an official said that it is suspected that similar threats may have been given to many other people across the country. Police are also investigating whether the voice heard in the clip is real or created with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. The man speaking in the clip identified himself as “Harry Boxer” and also claimed responsibility for the firing at a shop in “Marina Grande”, Portugal on Friday along with his associate “Sunil Meena”. First of all, Ranveer Singh’s manager received a threat on WhatsApp. On Tuesday, this threat was given through a voice note sent on WhatsApp, in which the accused threatened to kill the actor and demanded a ransom of crores of rupees. In the second threat, “Harry Boxer” said, “Now we will show you that even your seven generations will not be able to do any harm in front of our power. We know where all your managers live, when they come and go and where the family lives. Be careful, otherwise we will start targeting each manager.”
