Salman Khan Sells Bandra Flat for ₹3.5 Cr

Salman Khan has sold his apartment in Shiv-Asthan Heights, Bandra West, Mumbai for Rs 3.50 crore. According to property registration documents, he had purchased this apartment in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore.

According to the report of Hindustan Times, this deal was done on July 9. The apartment was jointly purchased by Munira Akbarali Dandawala, Mahdiyali Akbarali Dandawala and Zehra Mahdiyali Dandawala.

Stamp duty of Rs 21 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 was paid on this transaction. However, no official statement was given by Salman.

According to the documents, the carpet area of ​​the apartment is 758 square feet and it also has two car parking spaces. As per this transaction, the price was around Rs 46,000 per square foot carpet area.

Have sold apartments before

Salman Khan has been living with his family in Galaxy Apartments in Bandra for a long time. Also in July 2025, he had sold a 1,318 sq ft apartment located in Shiv-Asthan Heights, Bandra West for Rs 5.35 crore.

On June 16, 2026, the Khan family got approval from Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to build building in Chimbai area of ​​Bandra.

Later the owners changed several times and in 2011 the Khan family bought it. The old building was demolished because it was dilapidated.

Now ground, stilt and six-storey residential building will be built on this plot. This construction will be done under Regulation 33(16) of Development Control and Promotion Regulations 2034. According to the documents, 1.459 FSI will be used in the project. BMC had issued IOD (permission) on October 28, 2025.

According to the report, this project will be built by Sach Developers. The total construction area will be 1,014.11 square meters. A 6.01 meter wide access road will also be built from the municipal road to the building.

It is also written in the documents that no new tree will be cut for construction nor will any tree be planted at any other place. Instead, native trees will be planted around the project site and recreation areas.

In 2024, two bike-borne assailants fired four bullets outside Galaxy Apartments. After this, the open balcony near Salman’s parents’ flat was covered with bulletproof glass.
