Lucknow-Noida benefits the most
These projects were approved in the 205th meeting of the authority at UP RERA head office. This meeting was presided over by UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy. The approved projects include residential, commercial and mixed category projects.
Which district got what?
Lucknow, the city of nawabs, remained at the forefront in terms of number of projects and units built. A total of 6 projects have been approved here, in which an estimated investment of ₹ 438.29 crore will be made. A total of 2,284 units will be developed through this, which includes 5 residential and one mixed land use project. Gautam Buddha Nagar district stood first in terms of investment. Here two commercial projects with investment of ₹ 496.27 crore have been approved. Under this, a total of 981 commercial units will be developed, which include shops and studio space.
A large residential project with an estimated investment of ₹ 223.04 crore has been approved in Tajnagari Agra, under which 761 luxurious houses will be built. A commercial project with an investment of ₹ 120.88 crore has got the green signal in Ghaziabad, through which 472 commercial units will be developed.
Employment-economic activities will gain momentum
The investment of more than ₹ 1,278 crore in these projects is expected to give new impetus to the economic activities of the state. During the construction work, new employment opportunities will be created on a large scale, directly and indirectly, in the state. Along with this, there will also be a huge surge in demand for construction materials like cement, steel, engineering services, transport and logistics sectors, which will Uttar Pradesh Will strengthen the economy.

UP RERA has made it completely clear that along with simple and time bound approval of the projects, regular monitoring of their construction work will also be done. The main objective of the authority is to protect the interests of home buyers and bring transparency in the market. It will be ensured that all builders strictly follow the rules of RERA Act and hand over possession to the buyers within the stipulated time.
After the approval, UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy said that the authority is continuously working to strengthen a transparent, effective and accountable system in the real estate sector.
