The Special Operation Group has once again made a big revelation in the game of becoming a doctor through fake FMG certificate in Rajasthan. Three more doctors have been arrested for not passing the mandatory FMG screening exam despite doing MBBS from abroad.

It is alleged that he spent Rs 20 to 25 lakh to get fake FMG certificates made, got registered with Rajasthan Medical Council and also did internship in government medical colleges.

ADG SOG Vishal Bansal said that the investigation is going on in the case of doctors doing MBBS from abroad preparing fake certificates of FMG screening exam which is mandatory for registration in India and getting them registered in Rajasthan Medical Council.

Navdeep Tambolia, Chirag Sahu and Afridi Khan have been arrested in this case as part of the investigation. All three had returned to India after doing MBBS from abroad, but despite many efforts could not pass the FMG exam.

After this, they allegedly got fake FMG certificates made by paying Rs 23.5 to 25 lakh through brokers and already arrested accused and on the same basis got internship in government medical colleges.

According to the investigation, the main accused Bhanaram Mali, his associates Shubham Gurjar and Indraraj Gurjar used to provide fake FMG certificates to medical graduates returning from abroad.

after this Rajasthan Complete arrangements for registration with the Medical Council were also made. In return, Rs 20 to 30 lakh were charged per person.

According to SOG, the arrested accused also completed internship in Government Medical College Dausa, Pacific Medical College Udaipur and Government Medical College Alwar on the basis of fake documents.

Due to this, serious questions have been raised on the investigation and security arrangements of the entire medical system. All three accused have been produced in the court and taken on police remand till July 4, 2026. SOG is now trying to find out who else was involved in this network, how many fake certificates were issued and which people benefited from this entire game. With the action of SOG, the number of accused arrested in this high-profile fraud has now reached 28.

Earlier, 17 foreign medical graduate doctors, the then Registrar of Rajasthan Medical Council Dr. Rajesh Sharma, UDC Akhilesh Mathur, LDC Farhan Hasan, main accused Bhanaram Mali and a broker have been arrested.
