Shilpa Shinde got angry on stopping the payment of actors: On stopping 30 lakhs of actor Shehzada Dhami, she said – I will sell vegetables, but will not lick the producer’s money.

Once again a non-payment controversy has erupted in the TV industry. TV actor Shahzada Dhami was playing the lead role in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai since 2023, but he was suddenly fired from the show accusing him of being unprofessional and his payment was stopped. Shahzada also lodged a complaint against the show’s producer Rajan Shahi, but even after 3 years he has not received the outstanding payment of Rs 30 lakh. When he raised questions on this matter, actress Shilpa Shinde came out in support of him calling the producers mafia. Shilpa Shinde released the video from the official Instagram account, in which she said, ‘You have seen that the artist association itself is not with the artist. The producers of the TV industry practice mafias. Producers who do not cooperate are also threatened to stop work. We artists cannot do this, because our 90 days’ payment is with the producer, it is stopped. The actress further said, ‘The actors who belong to the Artist Association, they lick the producers. If they need work, they support them. So who will support the artist? Today, after the death of an actor, you are crying and posting videos on Instagram. It doesn’t make sense. These are the same people who hold candles and ask for justice after someone’s death. You consume footage meaninglessly. Shilpa Shinde spoke on fake sexual harassment case – Actress makes false rape case while sleeping Shilpa Shinde has recently told that she had filed a fake sexual harassment case against the producer of the show Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain for stopping the payment. On this he said, ‘No one supported me at that time. There must be compulsion, I did not say anything. Today I gave him a chance. Today I felt guilty that I had done something wrong. I didn’t do this for money. The actress comes back after sleeping with people and gets a medical checkup done and says that she has been raped. Those who have made false allegations against me should understand this law. This is a non-bailable act. Our issue was over, I am working after 10 years. If she had not done what I did, she would not have been able to get out of this. No one else has the courage to do this. The actress further said, ‘I would like to tell all those who have leveled allegations against me that you people do not have the strength to seek justice for yourself. Otherwise one has to commit suicide. Come today and cry. Earlier also I had raised my voice for Shahzada against Rajan ji. Some actors harass producers. I have nothing to do with the producer. They are disgusting, I don’t even want to work with them. When I raised my voice, the media said that we will not be able to run this because pressure will come from above. In the end the actress said- ‘I don’t want to work in this bad industry, I will sell vegetables on the way, but I will not lick such people.’ What is Shehzada Dhami’s allegation against the producer? Actor Shehzada Dhami was associated with the TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai since 2023, but he was fired from the show after just a year. Producer Rajan Shahi attributed this to the unprofessional attitude of the actor, but according to Shahzada, the producer insulted him in front of the entire unit and made objectionable comments on his parents. After being removed from the show, Shehzada’s payment was stopped. After which he lodged a complaint with the Artists Association. Despite the complaint, no action was taken against the producer. Now after three years, Shahzada has told through social media that his payment of Rs 30 lakh has not been paid yet. He wrote from the official Instagram, Artists are being banned, boycotted and judged for different reasons. In such a situation, the question arises that what are the organizations doing that talk about the safety of artists and their rights? He further wrote, ‘Many years ago I had complained against the producer of my show for not receiving the outstanding money. Even today I have about Rs 30 lakh left. Despite this, no action was taken against that person and he is still working openly in the industry. ‘My question is that when no action was taken on my complaint, there was no ban, no boycott and no one was held accountable, why so?’ In the end he wrote, ‘If a person is just trying to feed his family, build a future for his children and work hard, then what do people want from him? Is it right to ruin someone’s entire life and career because of some professional difference of opinion? Should one be troubled by someone’s success just because the relationship was never good? ‘The film and TV industry should be run on the basis of talent, professionalism and fairness, and not on personal animosity, ego or a mentality of putting anyone down.’ If accountability is expected from artists, then the same accountability should be expected from people with power and authority.
