Director David Dhawan became emotional: He shed tears while praising his son Varun Dhawan and said – Every parent should get such a son.

Director David Dhawan became emotional at the trailer launch event of the film ‘Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’. His eyes became moist while talking about son Varun Dhawan. David Dhawan said, ‘Everyone should get a son like Varun. Even when I was in the hospital, he slept there with me. As an actor he is also continuously improving. Whatever you want, he will give you, but as a father I would say that everyone should have such a son. Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde will be seen in lead roles along with Varun Dhawan in the film. Rajpal Yadav, Johnny Lever, Chunky Pandey and Manish Paul will also be seen in the film. This is the fourth film of David Dhawan and Varun Dhawan. Before this, both of them have been seen in ‘Main Tera Hero’, ‘Judwaa 2’ and ‘Coolie No. 1’. The story of the film revolves around a young man whose love story fails every time and then he gets help to change his luck. Interestingly, Varun will be seen in a double role in this film. On one hand, the boy-next-door look, and on the other, a more mature avatar. Talking about the work front, before this Varun Dhawan was seen in the film ‘Border 2’. He played the character of ‘Major Hoshiar Singh Dahiya’ in the film. This superhit film had a gross collection of ₹450 crore worldwide.
