The post mortem report of the famous Deepika case in Greater Noida has made many shocking revelations. According to the report, many serious external and internal injuries were found on the body of the deceased, due to which the matter has taken a more serious form. The post mortem report has confirmed blood clot in the head, rupture of the spleen and heavy bleeding in various parts of the body. At the same time, the viscera has also been preserved and sent for examination so that it can be found out whether any poisonous substance was used in the body.
According to the post mortem report, many serious external injuries were found on Deepika’s body. Swelling and bruises of about 12 cm × 9 cm were found on the right face. An injury measuring 9 cm × 6 cm was found on the left elbow joint, while a deep injury measuring approximately 8 cm × 5 cm was found on the left forearm. Apart from this, a large blue pressure mark of approximately 38 cm × 14 cm was found on the right thigh, which indicates serious assault.
The report also revealed that there was a bone-deep wound of 4 cm × 1.5 cm on the left knee joint. Injuries were also found on the waist and lower abdomen. A circular contusion of approximately 25 cm × 22 cm was found over the right iliac crest. Circular injury marks were found around the right hand, while bleeding was also found from the left ear. Deep pressure and abrasion marks on the left side of the chest and abdomen have also been recorded in the post-mortem.
The kidney was yellow and the spleen was ruptured.
The most serious revelation in the internal examination was the finding of hematoma i.e. blood clot in the brain. According to the report, there was a blood clot in the middle and left side of the brain. Apart from this, the spleen was found torn, which is considered to be a sign of some heavy injury or sharp attack. The left kidney was found yellow, while the chambers of the heart were found empty. Internal bleeding was also found in many parts of the body.
The post mortem team has secured the viscera and sent it for forensic examination. Experts will now investigate whether any poisonous substance was present in the body of the deceased or not. Police officials say that on the basis of the post-mortem report, the investigation of the case is being taken forward and all aspects are being investigated in depth.
