Dutch PM Rob Jetten raises 2016 abduction case
Dutch Prime Minister Rob Zetten has pressed India to return a young girl who was kidnapped by her father in 2016, brought to India from Amsterdam when she was two years old.“We also talked about Insia’s kidnapping case in India by her father,” Jetten said on X after his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The father was convicted and sentenced to eight years in prison. Indian officials did not comment, saying the matter was pending. Jeten filed a 2016 kidnapping case.
