He borrowed the remaining money and bought the watch and gave it to his father. Salim Khan had scolded after seeing the watch. Salman further said, ‘When I showed that watch to my father, he said that you have not even started working properly yet and you have started doing all this? Do you consider yourself the Sultan of Brunei (King)? This watch is a very useless thing. But later Salim Khan looked at the watch and said, ‘Oh, this is a piece of jewellery.’ Salman further said that he had stopped wearing watches for 26-28 years of his life. Now if people see him wearing different watches, it does not mean that all those watches are his. He said, ‘That’s the only Rolex I have, the rest belong to friends.’ Salman said – Never read the script of any film in life. In the same interview, Salman told that he has never read the script of any film till date. He said, ‘I have never read a script in my life. I have written scripts, but have not read them. In his career, Salman has mainly written the stories of films like ‘Chandramukhi’, ‘Veer’ and ‘Dabangg 3’.
