News agency ANI said in its report that according to the official announcement of the company, this deal has been done for Rs 3.31 crore. The total area of ​​the land purchased is 2,134 square feet. After Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor has become the second big actor to invest in ‘The Saryu’. ‘The Saryu’ is a project spread over 75 acres, located on the banks of the Saryu River. The project includes a Grand Club House, over 35 lifestyle amenities and a five-acre pure vegetarian luxury hotel by The Leela Hotels. Ranbir said – Ayodhya chose me. Ranbir said in the statement that he feels that Ayodhya has chosen him. He said that Ayodhya is an important part of India’s history and cultural heritage and this land in ‘The Saryu’ will become a part of his family’s heritage. HoABL Chairman Abhinandan Lodha said that Ayodhya is going through a period of cultural and economic renaissance. He said the city has long-term growth potential due to infrastructure, tourism and attracting global attention. He said that Ranbir Kapoor’s investment shows that buyers are considering Ayodhya as an important investment destination not only emotionally but also from a future perspective.
