New Delhi: An attempt by SpiceJet and its promoters Ajay Singh Citing the ongoing West Asia crisis as grounds for seeking a review of an earlier court order to deposit Rs 144 crore due to its legal dispute with media barons. The view of this Court is that the petitioners have now taken greater advantage to attempt to reconsider the place of event. More than two years after the SC order was passed… Which cannot be allowed in any way.SpiceJet and Singh argued that all flights have been suspended due to conflicts in West Asia and that the airline is hopeful of receiving financial assistance from the Indian government due to unprecedented difficulties in the aviation sector.
