UP ATS has arrested Tushar Chauhan alias Hezbollah Ali Khan and Sameer Khan from Noida. At the behest of Pakistani gangsters Shahzad Bhatti and Abid Butt, both of them had conspired to kill Hindu leaders by slitting their throats. Their target were leaders like Daksh Choudhary, Abhishek Thakur, Pinky Choudhary, Yuddhi Rana and Gaurav Rajput. By being in contact with Pakistani gangsters and major rank officers of ISI, he had conducted recce of sensitive places and offices of Hindu organizations. ATS has recovered pistols and cartridges sent from Pakistan from the accused.

ATS investigation has revealed that Tushar and Sameer were on conference calls not only with gangster Shehzad Bhatti but also with ISI Major Hameed and Major Iqbal. They used ‘Push to Talk’ (PTT) and Instagram to communicate. The accused had sent photographs and locations of offices of Hindu organizations directly to Pakistan. Their aim was to throw hand grenades at the houses of influential people and spread terror.
He became Hezbollah Ali Khan through conversion
Tushar Chauhan, who was caught, was so influenced by Shehzad Bhatti that he converted to Islam and changed his name to Hezbollah Ali Khan. He had created several Instagram IDs in the name of Bhatti. These people also started including many other boys in their network. During interrogation, it was revealed that Pakistani handlers had assigned them the task of target killing, which was foiled by ATS in time.
Inquiry started on 6 days remand
Noida After their arrest, the court has approved 6 days police custody remand of both the suspects. During this remand which started from today, UP ATS teams will interrogate them intensively. ATS is trying to find out who other people are involved in their network and what was the route of sending weapons from Pakistan.
