Actor Sunil Shetty was on a three-day tour of Uttarakhand. He appreciated the arrangements of Uttarakhand Police during the Chardham Yatra. He especially mentioned the monitoring and better traffic management of SSP Shweta Choubey as noteworthy and said that despite the huge number of devotees, the system remains smooth. Passing through Munikireti area, Sunil Shetty praised the proactiveness of the police, use of modern technologies and cooperative attitude towards the passengers. Surveillance through drones and CCTV, additional police force at sensitive places and providing constant guidance to the passengers, he described all these efforts as commendable. Earlier, Suniel Shetty and his wife Maana Shetty took the blessings of Mother Ganga by participating in the divine Parmarth Ganga Aarti organized on the banks of the holy Ganga. During this Aarti organized at Parmarth Niketan, the Acharyas and Rishi Kumars welcomed him with Vedic mantras and garlands. Sunil Shetty praised Uttarakhand Police.
