Delhi Chief Minister Aruna Asaf Ali made a surprise check at the hospital
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday paid a surprise visit to Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital and took feedback on the services and availability of doctors at the facility.The Chief Minister directed the hospital administration to maintain medicines, drinking water, hygiene and other facilities as per the summer season.He also interacted with doctors and hospital staff and ordered the modernization of health services, making it faster and citizen-centric.“Our resolve is that every citizen of Delhi should experience a healthcare system that ensures timely treatment, availability of modern facilities, clean environment, service to patients in a dignified manner,” Gupta said in a post on X.He said that his government is working to provide reliable healthcare to every home and make every hospital a center of service, sensitivity and trust.
