Himanta Biswa Sharmahis wife A bench of Justices JK Maheshwari and AS Chandukar refused to tinker with his order passed on Wednesday when it stayed the Telangana High Court’s order granting him transit anticipatory bail. Senior lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing for Khera, said he was ready to approach the Assam court but applied for five-day protection as the application could be filed only on Monday.
