New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi responded indirectly on Tuesday US President Donald TrumpIran has warned that any statement that contemplates the “end of civilization” is not acceptable in the modern world.In a post on X, Rahul Gandhi said that while wars remain a sad reality, the use of extreme language or actions that could have disastrous consequences must be rejected.“Wars are tragic, yet they remain a reality. Any language or act that contemplates the end of civilization is unacceptable in the modern world,” he wrote.He also issued a stern warning against the use of nuclear weapons, saying such actions could never be justified.Rahul Gandhi added, “The use of nuclear weapons can never be justified – under any circumstances.His comments came amid rising tensions between the US and Iran after Tehran warned that “an entire civilization will die” if it fails to meet a US deadline.“An entire civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back.
