Khatima: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited Khatima by road from Kashipur on Monday evening. During the journey, he was greeted by local residents at various points along the way. At various places, people even used bulldozers to show their enthusiasm and strong support.Throughout the yatra, large crowds gathered on roadsides in Kashipur, Bajpur, Gadarpur, Rudrapur, Dineshpur, Kichha and Sitarganj to catch a glimpse of their leader. Youth, women and senior citizens warmly welcomed the Chief Minister by showering flowers.During his visit, the Chief Minister offered prayers at the Mata Bal Sundari temple, wishing the people of Uttarakhand happiness, prosperity and continued progress.He also announced a dedicated donation from the Chaiti Mela Fund for beautification of the temple and comprehensive development of its surrounding area.“At Kashipur, at the Mata Bal Sundari temple, prayers were offered for the happiness and prosperity of the residents of the state and the continued progress of the state. The evening bhajan organized in the temple premises was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp, and an announcement was made from the Chaiti Mela fund for the beautification of the temple and the development of its surroundings,” said Dhammi.
