New Delhi: Jeopardy RJD Chief and former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad, the Delhi High Court on Tuesday refused to quash a CBI case in the alleged land-for-railway-job scam involving him and his family.Justice Ravindra Dudeja rejected Lalu’s argument that the FIR under Section 17A of the Prevention of Corruption Act was not sustainable as the Act was introduced in 2018 where the complaint dates back to 2004-2009.The case relates to the alleged transfer of cheap land parcels to Lalu and his family in exchange for railway appointments when he was railway minister.
