After an old audio clip of Rashmika Mandanna went viral on social media, the actress has now broken her silence on this entire matter. Calling it a serious violation of her privacy, Rashmika has given a strict warning to those spreading the content. She has said that if this audio is not removed within 24 hours, she will be forced to take legal action. While sharing a long note on Instagram story, the actress said that the audio clip which is going viral on the internet, seems to be part of a private conversation about eight years old. According to Rashmika, this conversation was probably recorded without the knowledge or consent of the people involved and is now being spread in the wrong context. In her statement, Rashmika also said that for the last several years, she has been facing misinformation, trolling and targeted attacks being spread by a section of the media and some people on social media. He wrote that many times his words were distorted and some statements were also spread in his name which he had never given. Rashmika told that till now she had thought it better to ignore all these things and had chosen to remain silent, but what happened in the last 24 hours crossed the limits of her tolerance. He said that due to this controversy, his family and close people are also facing unnecessary troubles, although he has nothing to do with this matter. Terming the viral audio as misleading and defamatory, the actress has appealed to media platforms, influencers and social media users to immediately remove this content and not share it further. She clearly said that if this is not done within 24 hours, she will not shy away from taking legal action in this matter. At the end of her note, Rashmika thanked her fans and supporters. She wrote that she will always be grateful to the people who have given her understanding, love and support in difficult times. Rashmika also said that it had now become necessary to raise voice to protect her dignity, privacy and mental peace.
