Two army personnel died in Arunachal Pradesh when their car fell into a ditch

Two army personnel, including a Naib Subedar, were killed after their vehicle fell into a ditch in Arunachal Pradesh’s Upper Subansiri district, a defense official was quoted as saying by PTI.The accident took place near Reddy village near the India-China border on March 7, when the vehicle was on its way from Gelmo to Tuksing for operational duty under Operation Snow Leopard.The soldiers have been identified as Naib Subedar Kulwant Singh of 908 Field Regiment under 56 Artillery Brigade and Naik Pradeep Kumar Sharma of 18 Sikh Regiment, residents of Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh.Amarjit Gujjar, driver of 908 Field Regiment, also sustained minor injuries and is undergoing treatment at the field hospital in Borarupak. Officials said he is out of danger.
