Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has renewed the rent of her luxury apartment located in Juhu area of ​​Mumbai for another year, in which she is going to pay a rent of Rs 6 lakh every month. This new lease was officially registered in February 2026.

According to property registration documents, Shraddha had taken the same apartment on rent last year too and now a new 12-month agreement has been drawn up. Its total rent will be around Rs 72 lakh, which she will pay to the owner in the next one year.

The house is located in the prime beach area of ​​Juhu, with a total area of ​​approximately 365 square meters (≈3,929 sq. ft.). It also comes with 4 car parking spots, which is a common feature in a premium home like this. About Rs 36,000 were also paid as stamp duty and Rs 1,000 as registration fee on the new agreement.

Juhu area of ​​Mumbai has always been considered a premium residential zone. There are many high-end residential properties, sea-facing flats and homes of Bollywood celebrities. The reason for Juhu’s popularity is its clean roads, short distance from the airport and easy connectivity to the business areas of the city.

In the past too, many famous stars of the entertainment industry have taken houses on rent in this area. Some have paid rent worth lakhs of rupees per month. For this reason, the rental market of Juhu is always in discussion in Mumbai real estate.

Shraddha Kapoor has made a strong mark in Bollywood and has worked in many hit films. Recently she was seen in a successful film like ‘Stree 2’, and now she has many more projects lined up.

According to Indian Express, no personal statement has been issued by the actress regarding this rental deal, but registered documents have revealed that she has confirmed her comfortable and premium living space for another year.
