New Delhi: The Delhi government will work to resolve all outstanding issues due to previous governments, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said on Monday. Gupta was addressing a gathering of BJP workers at a ‘Prabas’ function organized at North East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency. “We will work so much in Delhi that when the next elections come, be it for the municipal corporation, the Lok Sabha or the Vidhan Sabha, the public will not need to say anything,” Gupta said. Whatever doorbell you ring, people will say, ‘Yes, last time we voted for you, you did so much in Delhi. We will re-elect you and vote for you again,’ he added. The chief minister also said that from the day the Delhi BJP government was formed on February 20, 2025 till this date, “no one has felt to sit or breathe even for a single day because we know that every moment of our day is worth your dedication.” “I am here with one year’s report card of the government. In these 365 days, your own government has used every day with complete honesty and devotion,” he added. As per the schedule released by the BJP, a week-long public campaign program will be held across seven Lok Sabha constituencies in the national capital. CM Gupta and Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva will hold public exchanges and highlight the government’s work at events across the city.In February last year, BJP won 48 out of 70 seats Delhi Assembly Elections and formed the government in the national capital after more than 26 years.
