The Foreign Minister said that until oil supplies are restored, Hungary will block all EU decisions that are in Ukraine’s interest. This loan package was approved in December, the purpose of which is to meet Ukraine’s military and economic needs for the next two years.
It is noteworthy that most of the EU countries have ended their dependence on Russian energy after the war, but Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban still considers Russian oil and gas essential for his economy.
