Jodhpur: Rajasthan HCThe Jodhpur chief bench granted statutory bail to a juvenile arrested in a POCSO case, in violation of his right to personal liberty after he was detained for more than 90 days without a chargesheet.Justice Farzand Ali also ordered his probe into what he termed “chronological impossibility” in the case documents.An order dated November 24, 2025 noted that a trial court had rejected the bail plea. Justice Ali noted that the application was not filed till November 28.
