Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday invited investors from the country and the world to invest in the state. He said that Uttar Pradesh is providing facilities like land bank of 75,000 acres, sector-specific policies, incentives and single-window clearance system. Addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony of electronics manufacturing plant of Amber and Ascent-K Circuits at Jewar in Gautam Buddha Nagar, the Chief Minister said that Uttar Pradesh has undergone a major transformation in the last few years, making it an attractive destination for investment.

He said, ‘Western Uttar Pradesh Jewar area, which was once struggling with identity crisis, has completely changed today. There has been significant improvement in law and order and today Uttar Pradesh is welcoming investors from the country and the world with a land bank of 75,000 acres. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the state government has made policies for 36 different sectors, through which investors can choose the sector as per their convenience and the government is giving them all possible support.

We have policy for every sector: CM Yogi

Yogi Adityanath Said, ‘We have a policy for every sector. Investors can come here and invest. The government provides timely incentives and single-window clearance facility is available. Any investor can set up their projects without any human intervention and contribute to accelerating the pace of development. CM Yogi said that the investment of more than Rs 6,045 crore being made by Amber Group and South Korea’s Ascent-K Circuits (Private India-Korea Joint Venture) will create employment opportunities and encourage the establishment of more anchor units in the electronics manufacturing ecosystem.

Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of making India a global electronics manufacturing hub, he thanked Union Electronics and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. Also thanked Union Environment and Climate Change Minister Bhupendra Yadav for getting timely approval from his ministry. Along with both the Union Ministers, Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development and Export Promotion Minister Nand Gopal Gupta, Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh and other officials were also present in this program.

Uttar Pradesh becomes MSME hub of the country: CM Yogi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, ‘Our aim is that the products we import today should be manufactured in India and exported across the world. India has to become a global hub of electronic components. He said that Uttar Pradesh has already become the MSME hub of the country with more than 96 lakh registered micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Chief Minister also said that the state has now become the mobile phone manufacturing hub of India, where about 55 percent of the country’s mobile phones and 55-60 percent of electronic components are being produced in the Noida-Greater Noida region.

Yogi Adityanath said that the Prime Minister’s vision is to make India a developed, prosperous and self-reliant nation by 2047 and the journey in that direction has started in Uttar Pradesh, especially in Gautam Buddha Nagar. He also stressed that to achieve this goal, participation of citizens and performance of their civic duties will be extremely essential.
