Ashutosh Brahmachari alleges that Avimukteshwarananda obtained the government protocol from the administration by claiming himself to be the Shankaracharya of Jyotirmath and Badarika Ashram, while the dispute regarding the post of Shankaracharya is pending in the court. He says that this entire matter should be investigated to find out on what basis the government protocol was provided to him. It has also been alleged in the complaint that Swami Avimukteshwarananda Gave such a statement from a public forum regarding Hanumangarhi, which could create a situation of religious controversy.

Ashutosh Brahmachari has also demanded an impartial investigation into this statement. He has also raised questions on the campaign launched to declare cow as the national mother. It has been said in the complaint that the objectives, speeches and publicity material of this campaign should also be investigated. The most serious allegations have been made regarding the statue of Lord Ramlala situated in Shri Ram Janmabhoomi. Ashutosh Brahmachari says that Swami Avimukteshwarananda used the word ‘black stone’ in the media and public forums in reference to the statue of Ramlala, which has hurt the religious sentiments of crores of Ram devotees.

It has also been alleged in the complaint that Ayodhya During the yatra, some minor Batuks from Sanskrit Gurukuls were included in public programs, which may violate their education, security and statutory rights. There has been a demand to investigate this entire aspect also. At present, Ram Janmabhoomi police station has received the complaint. Police say that after investigating the case, further legal action will be taken based on the facts.
