Two consecutive powerful earthquakes in Venezuela have caused massive devastation. According to initial information, the first earthquake was of 7.1-7.2 magnitude and about 40 seconds later a second tremor of 7.5 magnitude occurred. The epicenter of both earthquakes was around the Moron region near the Caribbean coast.
